Aug 14,2017Was bought some trainers by my girlfriend that didn't fit me properly they were my normal size just wasn't a good fit, tReds wouldn't give a cash refund as the shoes were in the sale so instead we was giving a gift card to use in store, was told by Bristol store it would work in any store, when we eventually tried to use this gift card in Western super Mare it wouldn't work in store, they phoned Bristol to check and it was all fine and working on their system, I'm not one to waste my time travelling from place to place unecessary so we had to phone customer services to use it through them, they couldn't understand why it didn't work in one store and not the other. So all in all a very bad experience of not getting our money back and being forced to shop in tReds

Delighted with them, and had they not fitted or been what I wanted I'm confident their returns service would work well too. Im delighted I found them and willuse their online service again.

When I got home tried you on the web, quick delivery, and again although they didn't fit, took back to taunton store and refund was high on instant... Well Done, would recommend you !!!!
