Aug 17,2017I ordered a pair of wellies but they were too big. I was able to return them for exchange without any problem whatsoever. A replacement was received very quickly. Person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. Wellies are great quality. Would recommend this company and their products to anyone.

Aug 16,2017poor pricing of goods as they were cheaper on their own website than on ebay (which is where I bought them from ) on ebay it was described as p&p free but apparently the extra cost of ebay goods is to COVER the cost of p&p !! so to me the p&p was NOT FREE
