Aug 22,2017After looking on the website and finding a pair of boots that I liked at a great price, I made my order but unfortunately they came in the wrong colour but tReds were very prompt to give me the correct colour and gave me a pre paid returns which was sorted within 3-4 days. The advisors on the phone were very nice and helpful.
Great Service. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for and at a fantastic price. Delivered very quickly too.

Aug 22,2017ordered 2 pairs of shoes, opened the box to find the left shoe a size 3 and the right shoe a size 5. Need to post them back today as I'm going on holiday, been trying to get through on both telephone numbers since thier office opened at 9 and no one is answering either line. Would like to contact them verbally as desperately need a new pair sent out. VERY frustrating. Have also emailed but no reply.
