We haven't actually traveled yet, but if our trip is as amazing as our booking experience has been it will be THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The website it very easy to follow and make choices from. I called after booking because we started questioning our hotel choice and the rep was very personable and knowledgable! Like talking to a friend who wanted to help me navigate the changes quickly so I could get back to my day.

The website was easy to navigate for myself, who is very technologically challenged! And, I was pleased by using your online ticket app, I saved $4.00. (Not a lot, but “something” is better than nothing!). The” on-line “ ticket voucher said I needed to make a hard-copy of my tickets, but at ticket booth was told that was not necessary. They scanned my tickets and off we went!

The best deal I found on line for what I was looking for was on tripster. After looking all over the web, I found tripster to have the best deal. They saved me 150 dollars, company is legit, will definitely be using tripster again. I personally used tripster seaworld tickets, and tickets where 30 dollars cheaper than seaworld itself, figure that one out. Good job tripster.

Made a phone call into customer service to fix a mistake made during an online order of tickets. Had to remove one ticket since it was accidently added to a family pass. The service agent was pleasant and cordial.

I paid over $600 for Xmas tickets to Dollywood including a hotel room a week ago and I have only received one ticket voucher for Buttonwillow Civil War Theater. If I don't receive all of my already paid for tickets I will cancel everything and demand full return of all my monies.
