Jul 31,2022Very fast delivery to the hub warehouse outside of Helsinki but there our order languished for two weeks, no fault of Tropilex. Their customer service tried their best to speed things up. We eventually got our hammocks up and all was to rights. Good quality all around.

Jul 26,2022I had contact with Tropilex to confirm my current hammock would fit in the stand. They replied very quickly and confirmed. After I ordered, the stand was sent within a day and after 2 days I could relax again in my hammock. The only thing that could be improved was the installation manual of the stand. Took me quite some time to find out I tightened the bolts too quickly, which was why another part didn't fit.

I would say excellent communication, shipping times in Italy 4 days. if you want to buy a high quality hammock, you are in the right place. In tropilex everyone is very friendly and helpful. i believe i will shop with you again.
