Goede bereikbaarheid, snelle verzending en goede retourpolicy. Minpunt is dat de bevestigingsmaterialen bij ontvangst bleken te zijn gemaakt van van verzinkt staal ipv RVS. Op de website staat enkel “metaal”. Maar daadoor zijn ze niet geschikt voor toepassing met eikenhout en andere looizuur houdende (hard)hout soorten. Dus we hebben nog geen oplossing hoe we de hangmat nu aan onze eiken pergola gaan maken. Jammer want tropilex denkt verder niet mee hoe we dit kunnen oplossen. “Helaas!” is de reactie.

I didn’t know these hammocks are coming from Nederland until I tracked the parcel. Extra point for this option. The shipment was pretty impressive. I’ve ordered on 7.04.2022 and got it delivered on 12.04.2022. There was a weekend during that time which always slows down the shipment. Hammock is from Colombia and looks like they know what they’re doing. It is a bit to early to say if the hammock,which is a premium version, is a real heavy duty stuff. It has been used for a week and had two persons in it and looks fine. I like that if you are in the hammock you can hide inside like in the cocoon which is convenient if it’s chilly. Thank for the reliable service .
