Jun 20,2022The hammock had a smell of mould, that we could easily remove washing it in the washing machine adding a spoon of vinegar instead of fabric softener. The quality of the sewing and the resistance of the fabric are very good. I know how much work is needed to make these hammocks by hand, so I found the price fair.

Jun 15,2022Nous avons commandé un fauteuil hamac Amazonas pour l'anniversaire de notre fils de 9 ans. Le produit est arrivé au bout de 3 semaines, soit bien après la date annoncée (3 à 5 jours...) et celle de l'anniversaire... Mis à part ça, le produit est joli, conforme à la photo, mais attention : ce hamac convient plutôt à des petits, il sera rapidement trop juste pour notre enfant.

There was a small stitching defect I contacted them about just to say if it got worse I would want them to know it wasn’t me that caused it and I was immediately offered a discount on the purchase. Really nice customer service.
