Feb 29,2024I ordered an ecm for truck with a part # I received the ecm but was a different part # then I ordered. It would not work for my truck. So I lost a week there and had to return it. Which they made pretty easy. But I have not received my refund as of this moment. And I’m out another week now waiting for a ecm from another place but I could of saved a week if they sent what I ordered

Feb 22,2024I never received my order. You never provided a tracking number. You shopped it with fedex so good chance I’ll never see it. Then you cancelled my order with out any explanation. You wasted a lot of my time. My company will never buy from you again.

Dec 29,2023Transaction not yet complete, called a week ago to verify QOH, was told piece would ship next day after purchase. Purchased, and got an e-mail that they wouldn't ship until we got them a verification of ID. Company Card was used to purchase parts for cust, no ID available for store card. They agreed to ship part. 7 days later still haven't gotten a working tracking number to verify shipment, and no longer feeling warm and fuzzy about this purchase. Will update if they choose to make this right, but for now, buyer beware.
