So far so good. Mary keeps in close contact and always offers assistance when needed. I am moving slowly through the process and revising as I go. I will be requesting more assistance from Mary as I approach the end of this process. I need to consult on the legality of some the provisions in my wife and my joint will. All in all working with Trust and Will has been very helpful in identifying all of the important details needed in a comprehensive and organized fashion.

Overall I would not recommend the product. The user interface and tutorials are simple enough but very basic and missing a lot of information. My specific application is generating a living trust and there is really no guidance in how to bring assets into the trust once the trust is created. For reference this is actually the biggest task involved in creating the trust and so the software not providing me any guidance or support in that process really eliminated 90% of the value I was looking for. Yes I saved maybe $300 versus what I would've paid an attorney but I spent 10 times that making calls and chasing paperwork that I wasn't familiar with to complete the original task. To be clear I never expected this to be easier than hiring an attorney however I want a application or my trust can easily be updated on an annual basis but this tool is so lacking and so basic that even that feature isn't really going to add value. I would strongly recommend you hire professional services if the creation of your living trust involves anything more than a single account or asset. I definitely would not recommend this service and I definitely will not use again.

The whole experience of using Trust&Will was so easy and intuitive to navigate the interface and understand what needed to be done and simplified the process, the printed documents I received were all tidy in its own folder with clear instructions on what needed a notary or extra witnesses. Would highly recommend!

Very complete, with specific 'gift' categories to circumvent probate delays. One thing needs improvement - a final run-through error check process like Turbotax. I missed detailing one field, picked up on by notary - hed to be dubbed in by hand.

I put off making my will for years.Trust and Will was simple, fast and easy. I feel better knowing that I have finally taken care of this obligation. Doing something has to be better than the alternative. Of course I won't be around to know how well it worked.

I was feeling uneasy about the whole estate planning. Going with Trust and Will was the way to go! I liked the fact that they made sure the process moved along. And, they were very responsive when I had questions and provided perfect solutions.

Trust & Will offers a notary service on its website for $180 dollars for a mobile notary and two witnesses. You prepay for the service. I paid for the service, and the company was not able to provide the notary. The service does not tell you they do not have someone to send to you, and they string you along for a week looking for a notary and don't have one. And then they don't mention refunding the person. So I had to work hard to get a refund. The service is sold on Trust & Will's website and Trust & Will makes the customer the offer for a notary and two witness services. I made a post about it. Trust & Will did three different things to have the post removed. They asked for more information, and was notified if I do not give the information, my review would be considered false. I contacted Trust & Will and showed them my receipts. I proved to Trust & Will that my review is not fake. Then, Trust and Will called me to try to get me to take the review down. I think customers should know that if you pay the $180 in the Trust & Will website for a notary, that you very well may not get a notary and the company on the Trust & Will website will not want to refund you. Which is WHY I put a review in Trustpilot. Now Trust & Will is asking to have my review removed because it involves the notary company that Trust & Will offers on their website. I see other reviews in here saying that Trust & Will tried to take down their reviews too. So the company doesn't care if you pay for a notary service and don't receive the service. They care about negative reviews being taken down. They are spending a lot of time on this, when they should be disconnecting the notary service from their website because it can't provide a notary and two witnesses. Stopping people from talking about this won't solve the problem.
