Jan 24,2025Very simple & straightforward but thorough and professional. I appreciate how easy it was to complete and how simple it seems to update in future. Our situation is fairly uncomplicated, but if you have multiple businesses, complicated investments, or other unique aspects it may be worth upgrading or doing it the old fashioned way, but this works for us!

Jan 24,2025The ease of filling out all the basic information to generate paperwork specific to my state was critical to completing the trust. I don’t think it gave enough guidance on whether financial and investment accounts should and/ or need to be transferred to the trust. It took tax expert advice to make sure we used the trust to everyone’s best advantage.

Jan 21,2025It easily walks you through the steps of creating a will, that is well done. You don't get any feedback unless you upgrade to live lawyer help. Beware of other follow up costs too: I recently was charged $19 for "Estate plan updates" and still don't know why. Contacted customer service via email, but they didn't answer the question. Will call tomorrow.

Jan 19,2025My husband and I found Trust & Will easy to use. When we had questions someone either answered immediately or called us in a timely manner. We were able to print out our wills, power attorney etc. prior to receiving the folders with our documents in the mail. I especially liked the Estate plan. I also liked the folders the documents came in. I wasn’t impressed with the notary service link. I was told our appointment date needed to be 24 hours out. I set an appointment for more than that time and they couldn’t find a notary. I received an email explaining this to me and asking me to pick a different date & time. I thought the price of $170.00 was high. They said I should call because there would be an up charge! I called and canceled and asked for a refund on my credit card which I received. Find your own mobile notary in your area if you can.
