Dec 19,2024Overall pretty easy to use and straightforward. Also were able to arrange a notary and 2 witnesses to come to my home to sign everything. We feel a little safe going into the next year having our will, trust and advanced directive in place.

Dec 18,2024I paid to have my will created, answered the questions, and then your company wanted more money to arrange a signing and ship it. I feel that is a bait-and-switch. I would like you to send me the will so I can get it signed and notarized by people I know here near home. I even clicked on a help center link, not a review link...

Dec 18,2024The explanations and directions were easy to follow. Other on line plans I checked out, in some cases, were hard to understand. Even though I did not have to speak to someone for advice, it was comforting to know that I had that option in case I needed it. Thank you for a good product.

Since then I have received multiple emails and texts from staff to ensure that I understood everything and explained next steps as well as asked me if I needed support. If you need to write or update your will, develop an estate plan, or power of attorney or health directives this is a fantastic resource at a reasonable price.

Dec 20,2024Overall, I give Trust & Will 4 stars. Probate Specialists were changed mid-process (due to no fault of the second Specialist). Our first Specialist had made a few mistakes on the original Order for Probate, so it had to be refiled 3 times before it was acceptable. It did not instill confidence. I think the second Specialist was new because he seemed unsure, but came through with answers and got things moving. I did question the use of a 5-year-old form instead of the updated one on the court website (I think was the company's fault, not his), and we ended up having to make a correction on that form and resubmit it. Everything turned out OK and we got through it. I give Travis 5-Stars for his efforts & professionalism, and Trust & Will 4-Stars.
