Dec 09,2024The website and explanations were very user friendly. I paid extra for the legal services, and the experience was superb. The attorney answered all my questions and then some. The company sent lots of follow up reminders to keep me on track to completion. The services also included lots of extra, such as creating an assets list, health care directive and more.

Dec 07,2024The engine generates a text based on a survey (asking questions). The text is presented as a pdf, so, without using Adobe Pro, it's difficult to edit the text, even where edits are essential to document coherence - no, putting everything into "special instructions" does not work. That having been said, the engine does produce consistent, grammatically correct results that appear, but for minor incongruities (Commonwealth of..., not State of..., where I live, for example). Fortunately, Adobe Pro was available to me. The option to receive these documents as MS-Word should be available. If I had known it was to work this way, I'd have used a different company.

Dec 06,2024I had the best experience of all today with your specialist, Chris Henkel. I had gotten my Trust & Will package and was really having trouble getting set up. I called your office and luckily for me, I spoke with Mr. Henkel. He was most helpful and guided me through what I needed to do to set this up. He was very patient with me, very kind and just really made it much easier for me. I would not have done this by myself. Not computer savvy. I was also having problems with my computer and he guided me every step of the way. He is truly a specialist and an asset to your company!!

Dec 05,2024I had extreme difficulties in dealing with mobile notaries so I haven’t had my trust documented. I had scheduled to have a notary and 2 witnesses at my house on 4 December, but nobody showed up dispite having spoken to the notary on 3 December. I have called the notary, no answer, so I left a message. After I posted the above review, I contacted Mobile Notaries, who assigns notaries to each trust and will customer who needs their documents notarized but are not able to use a local resource or obtain witnesses. They attempted to contact the appointed notary, but also were unable to get a response. I was asked by Mobile Notaries if Saturday, December 7 would be convenient. I was agreeable to that, so they assigned a closer notary to notarize my documents, and advised Wills & Trusts of their action. I was then called by Wills & Trusts who confirmed the actions taken with their participation. Together they did an outstanding job making a bad experience into a great outcome. I would not be able to get my documents notarized without their intervention.
