I got the order very fast. I got phone called before sending, cause it happened sth from my order was out of stock. We agreed about how to solve it. The email service answered my question quickly. Very bad customer service, getting a reply to an email is impossible, although i am making hundreds of euros orders every month. Website states there is free shipping for orders over 100€, but they still charge it on the checkout.

colis bien arrivé, mais le mode d'emploi est bien trop succinct (et seulement en anglais) et je n'ai pas réussi à ajuster mon tufting gun pour une longueur de fil de 8 mm, impossible de tourner la "eccentric wheel". Existe-t-il une autre notice technique ? Pas d'huile pour graisser le pistolet. Bref pas moyen de commancer....

A very bad online store that you can buy from them, they don’t know where is your shipment, they sent me a package and an item is missing!!!! The worst place you can buy from them!!!!
