Nov 19,2023Amazing customer service! 100% will use again and urge anyone else looking for tufting supplies to use them also. Ordered the ak duo in a specific colour and they didn’t have it in stock. They still managed to get the correct colour out to me and added some extras in the parcel also. They are great here and I am so happy with them.

Nov 13,2023Edited: Thank for your response, I got as an exchange a new gun and everything is well. Support in all shops should be like yours. Hello, the item comes quickly but I got pre used tufting gun - I was not informed before about that possibility. It’s not even cleaned perfectly as I can still see some traces of yarn, even the small bag with tools is destroyed and broken what is just not cool if you are spending 200 on the item, that looks like nobody cares what you are getting, it’s not so hard to write email, give discount, clean a gun and change plastic bag to keep customer satisfied. I don’t even know why it was returned before. I was not informed about that and I’m just not satisfied with my purchase and the customer care

Nov 10,2023Bonjour, Je suis très contente de la qualité de la laine et du tissu pour tufté! Le tissu de finition est un peu fin je trouve pour une utilisation en tapis. Il vaut mieux l'utiliser pour autre chose ou trouver un tissu plus épais, avec un grammage 300g/m².

Nov 10,2023I don't write easily a review but I have placed my 6th order with Tufting Shop yesterday and I have to say... I just love this shop! Awesome products, great service and quick delivery. I wanted to add an extra gun to my order which was done 5 minutes after I called them. Great guns and beautiful yarn. I definitely will buy here again :-)

Oct 27,2023I get my first package almost 2 weeks ago, I get it very fast, everything was alright. But I forgot to order the frame, so I ordered it. I thought that I'm going to get it very fast again, but it was 10 days ago, the DPD said they did not get the package yet. I wrote an e-mail to Tufting Shop yesterday and today too, I try to be patient, but it was 100 euro, so I'm worried a little bit. :/ Now I would like to order monks cloth, but I'm afraid to buy it. PS: please answer my e-mail, I really want to order from you every month :D
