Jan 30,2023These people really go the extra mile with their service and attention to detail. I ordered a new grinder and CBN wheel which duly arrived 2 days later - Unfortunately I had received the wrong wheel. This issue was quickly rectified, having already having been identified by Turner's, who unbeknown to me had already dispatched the correct item for next day delivery. It was also a rapid collection of the wrong part by DPD all organised with the minimum of fuss and very soon I was up and running. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Turner's for their knowledge, advice, value for money and all round decent customer care.

Jan 27,2023The lady at Turners was very quick to tell me that the course I had booked would go ahead even if I was the only one on it! Very reassuring and yes, I had a one to one pyrography course with Lisa which was worth every penny even though I thought I knew what I was doing!!
