Return call about 15 mins later Delivery van had left parcel with more distant neighbour but no note through my door! Correct item this time and return stamped address envelope for wrong item, which I duly filled and posted. Can you ask for more?

Jan 19,2023Excellent service. Ordered a 6in bench grinder which had been discontinued. Got an email with all my options. Called the number provided and asked them to upgrade to the 8in version. Paid the difference over the phone and the grinder arrived a couple of days later. The customer service was extremely courteous, efficient and professional. Very impressed with the whole experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
