Delivered quickly and cheaper than everywhere else. Saw the reviews after I ordered and was worried but all was fine and customer service was good help.
I have purchased a number of times from Two Seasons without issue - after purchasing a "leather belt" that looks awful after a couple of wears with a brown coating peeling off to reveal a light tan underside, I have sent multiple emails to customer services to return, all of which have been ignored. Plenty of other sites selling the same type of goods that I'll stick to from now on.
After ordering a deck from two seasons I was annoyed to find a small scratch on the paintwork that had not been mentioned. I emailed customer service and within 15 minutes I received an extremely apologetic email explaining how sorry they were that this had happened. I was offered a free return and replacement or a 10% discount code and free delivery for my next purchase. I'm so sorry to see that even so recently as last month others had received such poor customer service as mine was exemplary. Will definelty shop with again and reccomend.
Do not buy from this website! Recently bought a pair of shoes to later receive an email saying that they were out of stock. Tried ordering the same pair of shoes in a different colour, later to receive the same email and money taken from my account. I then received a parcel a week later with one shoe that I first ordered in a box along with one shoe from the second order. Could not get in touch with anyone over the phone as the line just kept cutting out and after numerous emails all I received was an automated email response telling me I needed to return them and I'd be refunded. Not the response I was after especially and there was no sincere apology for the mistake. Sent the shoes back and still have not received a full refund, I have been waiting a month for a reply now and it won't allow me to email them anymore. Customer service is appalling. Do not waste your time and money.
To everyone who shops at Two Seasons online, stop now 🛑! There is no customer service in place, head office just rings out endlessly and emails bounce back. All shops have closed but they are still trading online and offering 75% off. But there is no back up service for returning items. After buying a coat in store, I tried to return it but the store had closed down. After several failed attempts, phones ringing out and emails bouncing back. I tried Facebook customer service. A girl called Izzy responded, told me to send the coat back and they would refund me. They received the coat on Monday 10th but did not inform me. I had to ring Royal Mail and provide tracking number. Royal Mail confirmed that Two Seasons had received the coat. I have heard nothing from them despite various messages and complaints made on their social media platforms. Two Seasons are ignoring my messages and have taken the coat and my money £66.00, I am left with nothing! Do not shop with them!
Ordered items off the site which as you can see below were in stock and then cancelled after being chased for answers. They have shut the doors on my local store and at the top of the website it shows that they will be doing another business venture. I shall be avoiding this if the site and businesses if this experience is anything to go by!
Ordered an item for my wife’s birthday, no issues. But it wasn’t until the delivery date when they decide to contact me to say the item is out of stock. Nice one thanks.
Edit:Changed the score as new ownership seems to have their eye on the ball. Have ordered from both the old owners and the new (founding) owners and even though it was in the middle of the Covid madness my order arrived quickly and in pristine condition. And the price was unbelievable. Always updating the site and special offers are actually special. Really wish them the best because the past owner was known for terrible service and it takes balls to be willing to take it on anyway and change the vibe for the better.
Allowed to buy a wetsuit and gloves as if they were both in stock, took my money, then sent the gloves with an email saying the suit was out of stock. Why even bother allowing the order to be taken if you don't have it to sell?! So now I have gloves coming my way with no wetsuit. Won't ever be buying here again. Have no idea when I'll be refunded either as they didn't communicate that.

The Exeter store is great; lovely friendly staff and service. Nothing too much trouble. Judging by some other reviews, maybe use the stores not the online service!
Was a bit sceptical about ordering from Two Seasons due to the bad reviews! But I am SOO pleased I did! Will definitely purchase from them again! Ordered some Van's on 20th June even got a 10% discount code for signing up 👌🏻 so got a great bargain as the Van's were already in sale 👌🏻👌🏻 great service like I said order on 20th dispatched on the 23rd arrived on the 25th can not complain about that service especially whilst Covid was going on! And Delivery was only £1.99 !!! I've had bigger well known companies take weeks to complete an order for Next day delivery prices! So overall very happy with Two Seasons 👌🏻🙏🏻 glad I came across them! Will be back for sure! 5⭐ service !!
Ordered 2 wetsuits and 2 t-shirts on morning of 7/7 and heard/received nothing until 9pm on evening of 9/7 when they emailed stating 'we were unable to ship your entire order as some items are out of stock'. The email then stated that all 4 (separate) items were 'out of stock'. So they therefore took my order and money and sat on it for 3 days before cancelling. I doubt they ever had the items in stock. Maybe trying to raise some cash to pay rent/rates due to C-19?? Problem is, I'm a professional (ASI) SUP/surf instructor and I needed the suits for work. I could've got them from our trade accounts, but fell for twoseaons aggressively Google ad-sensing me with (what now clearly were) too good to be true prices on their wetsuits. Admittedly, they were less than cost price. I see the some reviewers are getting their items, but I bet it's just the 'fashion' skate stuff they sell... because here's where things get fishy: - the cancellation email came from an address that seemed to be spoofing a defunct/out-of-business US cycle shop (twoseasons.com) - then, when I emailed to complain, the automated reply suggested I go to quiksilver-europe.com for customer service So who are twoseasons.co.uk? Do they actually stock/sell wetsuits? Who knows?! But if you actually need whatever you're ordering (i.e. it's not a trucker hat) I'd go elsewhere. Or for cheap deals, the 'Spanish' e-commerce site that take a few weeks for delivery at least has accurate stock levels. They have since ignored my email, even though I pointed out I was a 'watersports professional' with access to Billabong account managers and the ability to use our social media to flame their customer service (we wouldn't really, of course, as ain't that bothered!). Still, it provoked me to write my first ever trustpilot review, so here ya go...!
Very impressed, ordered Saturday night and arrived by Wednesday, great trainers at a great price.
I did have a problem with my shoes I purchased as they put two left shoes in my box and I couldn’t try them on so I didn’t notice until I returned home. It has been sorted now and I am happy with the way it has being handled. Also we were in there purchasing new boards for my partners girls, the young lad was very informative, helpful and patient. So we would like to pass on our thanks to him!
Awful customer service. Ordered shoes on the website where it specified I had to order in US sizes (US size 12) so did so. I received my shoes in UK size 12. Was then unable to reach anyone so returned the shoes via post but yet to be refunded. 2 days after they had been delivered to them I received an email asking if they had been delivered yet. Don’t know if I’ll ever get my refund. Avoid this online store!
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a pair of Vans from the online store. The money was taken from my bank account but I never recieved any confirmation email or notification that my order had been recieved. Thought it was a little odd but waited to see of my delivery arrived. My delivery never arrived, I have sent emails to their customer services and tried to get through on the phone. I have heard nothing back and nobody answers the phone. Absolutely terrible service, seriously consider ordering from elsewhere.
Always had good service from Two Seasons, sometimes delivery isn't fastest but I have had to wait longer for others, have good offers on if you sign up for email too! Would use again
Spoke to customer service based in France. Before I could tell the lady the problem I was experiencing, she began to shout at me becoming increasingly aggressive before hanging up the phone. I called straight back, got through to the same lady who refused to put me on hold so that I could speak to somebody else. Eventually was placed on hold but after 20 minutes the line went dead. Called back a third time, same lady again, who hung up the minute she realised it was myself on the phone asking to speak to another customer service representative. Sent an email to customer service as well as messaging two seasons via Facebook, zero response. Hugely disappointed. Have been a loyal customer from the very day their store opened in Exeter. Have today returned £500 worth of items to store and will not spend my money with them again.
