Sep 23,2016When my bag broke and I sent it back for an exchange, I was refunded and told it wasn't in stock anymore. I should have been told this before I sent it back as I emailed to confirm an exchange. If one was available then it should have been kept aside. Very disappointing.

Sep 10,2016Order arrived promptly, returns dealt with by twoseasons quickly. Only problem was the website - not the best for searching and it constantly meant editing the filters. Easy answer is to only open items in a new tab to view on phone or tablet.

Sep 08,2016Slight mishap on the clothes as they took a week to arrive but that was the couriers fault not two seasons. The website is a bit of a pain to use, it certainly looks nice and is ordered well, however changing page or going back to a previous page is a nightmare. I was getting frequent crash's on multiple different browsers ( I tried chrome, firefox, Internet Explorer) all suffering the same problems. The clothes are of good quality though and excellent prices for the brands! My advice would be to invest in fixing the responsiveness of your site. The shopping experience needs to be pleasant. If it takes twice as long as it should do to pick out clothes then I'm not going to be browsing frequently.

Feb 07,2014I purchased through twoseasons.co.uk 17 Mar 2013 and expected some cash back through topcashback.co.uk It was a completely genuine transaction, and has taken to today (nearly a year!) for them to come back and say that they are not honoring the transaction or cash back. Really poor service - so please don't use if you are looking to claim cash back online as so many shoppers do now.
