Ordered a jacket online a week ago and received an order confirmation email. The email advised shipping would be within 2-3 days. After a week I still hadn’t received an update and have spent half an hour on hold waiting to speak to an advisor. Only to find out the product has sold out! What a joke! How on earth was I able to purchase an item which wasn’t even available on the website with no contact to confirm. I’ve now missed out on other offers on the same jacket because of this lack of customer service! Very poor!
Shopping in store in Nottingham is a pleasure, staff always friendly. Shopping online is nice and easy, delivery was quick and got email updates of when to expect it!
Shocking service. Sent an email asking what was happening with my refund no answer for days. Then finally a reply asking for the tracking number. Was then told it isn’t a real one apparently. However when I checked it said the parcel had already been delivered and returned to them. Still not received refund.
I placed an order last month that still hasn’t arrived, sent a number of messages to the help desk, tried to call and got nowhere... the order was for my wife’s birthday which is tomorrow... thanks for nothing... anyone reading this I suggest you don’t use this company, they will take your money then ignore you when you try to get any information about getting what you’ve paid for!
no Refund for my order when I returned it to them. I emailed, with no replies. I also tried calling and could never get through to anyone, always an electronic message told to ring later. Got a reply on facebook from someone saying the system down. Everything after the sale is suspicous. These guys are fraudsters, don't buy from them!!
Signed up after being offered 10% off. Didn’t receive the code. Ok, that’s fine I’m not that tight. Ordered anyway, when my order arrived the security tag was still attached to the pocket. I noticed just before going into town. Imagine if I hadn’t and I was stopped by a security guard with a tag on my new coat!!! E-mailed to see if they would remove it and send it back. No Response. Won’t be shopping with them again. PS don’t reply to this. Reply to the problems that people have that can be fixed before it’s too late.
Terrible online shop, when i got my tshirt it had stains on it! I had to keep chasing for my refund when i returned the item. I didn't even receive a courtesy email to apologies!
Placed an order 4 weeks ago and not received anything. Tried contacting customer services too many times to even count now and all I get is automated emails asking me to rate their service (seriously.) Or cut off after spending 20 minutes each time waiting for someone to answer the phone whilst listening to their god awful hold music. I just want my money back at this point but seems that these scammers are laughing to the bank with everyone's money including mine. Going to consumer advice to take these fraudsters to court and get this resolved. Two Seasons, feel free to get back to any of my many emails and let me know how you want to resolve this out of court?
Two seasons has gone down hill recently, i order a lot from this site and there have been issues in the past but recently it's nothing but issues. I ordered over £100 worth of product and they only sent 1 £25 item after taking the full payment. i have spent 2 weeks trying to get in contact with them to no avail either no one answers the phone, or responds to emails (i have sent 4 emails over 2 weeks). The one time someone did actually answer the phone i was fobbed off saying she would look into it and call me back by the end of the day... i have had no call or email. i just want my money back. I won't be buying from them again.

I was concerned and not sure whether to order from two seasons as there were some negative reviews but I can honestly say that the service was excellent. I got updates, tracking information and it arrived as stated. I was very happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation in using them again.
Website a bit clunky and not easy to navigate. Had issues with items dropping from the basket when trying to checkout. Delivery very slow and no email updates to let you know when you item has been despatched. On the plus side items are well priced and a good range of products.
After finding a fraudulent transaction for nearly £300 pounds on my debit card on this website I called to notify the company not to send the products out. I was doing them a favour by notifying them but was met with a very short and unhelpful lady on the phone. This is after being on hold for 15 minutes, seriously they are selling t-shirts, how can they possibly be too busy in the office to pick up the phone after 15 minutes? Just really bad attitude, buy what you need from anywhere else! If anything the conversation I had on the phone made me think it could easily have been them scamming the money directly into their bank account. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I placed an order for some shoes and then three days after they take my money I get an email saying that the shoes I had ordered were now out of stock god awful company
Ordered 2 products, only received 1, email sent to customer service, never got a reply. Luckily paid with Paypal so opened a case, 2 weeks later still waiting for a refund or the product ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Dealt with Rob at the Nottingham store. Top bloke with excellent choices. Helpful and friendly. 10/10
Terrible customer service. Attitude was bad, no willingness to resolve the issue. Changing the order without pre-notice and even refuse to cancel the order or refund!
Incorrect order received, missing goods, however money taken. Have emailed/ tried calling numerous times/teeeted and no response. I am owed money and I would like it back, terrible service!!!!
I've ordered a few items on the (poes a data) and still haven't arrived. I've tried to contact Two Seasons by e-mail but had no reply. A link has been created and it looks like the items have been shipped but UPS is telling me they haven't heard from Two Seasons to pick up the items for delivery! I would like to know what happened to everything I ordered! Paid quite a bit of money and received nothing. Could someone from the company please respond???

Feb 09,2020The staff in the Nottingham store are always helpful and friendly! I have been shopping in the store for 2 years now and the staff have always been amazing. Helping you when you need it, but not smothering you to make a sale. I love this shop and they are very well priced for clothing!
