Jan 14,2025Amazing woodfired sauna right next to the beach, perfect for a sea dip! I'm Finnish living in Wales and this is now my go-to sauna as it's the closest thing you can experience without actually travelling to Finland. The staff are so lovely and just the right amount of attentive to make sure everything is going smoothly.

Jan 11,2025Really lovely experience of a (very!) hot sauna right on the beach, with three or four cold dips on the sea to cool down. It's a lovely spot, easy to book and find, friendly and fun. Definitely recommend.

Jan 08,2025The perfect start to the new year! This is the second time I have visited and I just love it. Booked for ten of us as a Xmas gift for my family, we even braved a swim in the sea! Friendly and helpful staff and changing facilities.. I will definately be back again.

Jan 08,2025Booked for the family on Christmas Eve and a great way to start the festivities. Second time we've been and really enjoyable. Owners are very friendly and we liked the addition of the new area to change and leave belongings.

Jan 06,2025absolutely loved the experience. we wish we had booked for two hours rather than one - and checked the tide times. it was a long very cold run down, and even colder dip, but so worth it. I would advise anyone going get there 15 minutes early to change as the changing room is small and used by everyone - all wanting it at the same time.Ty Sawna is now going to be our way to welcome in the change of season. see you in March! ❤️

Jan 06,2025It’s a sauna on the beach, what a great idea! Easy to book and had all the information on how to get there and what to expect. Lovely staff who make sure everything is fine and give you a knock 10minutes before the end. Will book again and again!

Jan 04,2025We have been coming to the saunas at Oxwich since it opened .. and this was the first visit to the new large sauna and using the changing room. The saunas are lovely and it’s a special place. The new changing room is a good idea but the box outside before was useful too, for when the room is full. It would be great if there was a sauna car park deal?! But maybe that’s too much to ask :) we had a fab new years visit in the sunshine and will definitely be back! Thanks to the sauna team!

Dec 17,2024A wonderful space! There is such great energy here, it really is a hidden gem. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, the saunas are great, having the sea so close to dip into…wonderful, homemade body scrubs..gorgeous! The breathwork workshop was just pure magic, bathing under the full moon…absolutely incredible. This was my first time here and it’s quite a way from me but it was absolutely worth the journey and I know I’ll be back. Thank you to all who made this such a transformative and unforgettable experience.
