Nov 10,2024Saunas were hot! Just they way I like them otherwise what is the point?! Very friendly and easy to book. Perfectly located to pop out and take a dip on the sea to cool off. A magical experience especially after the sun has gone down swimming in the dark waters.

Nov 02,2024Sauna in the dark, clear starry night, calm sea. This is a wonderful way to experience the sauna, only the light of the fire inside the sauna, warmth, peace, relaxation (and of course sea dips to cool you off).

Oct 29,2024The location of the sauna is exceptionally picturesque, with friendly staff who explain everything clearly and are always available. The real highlight is taking a dip in the sea after the sauna. However, keep in mind that in the evening, the water recedes quite far, and you may need to run a bit to reach it. Additionally, it’s hard to see anything in the dark, so my advice to the sauna owners is to install more lights to guide the path from the sea back to the sauna. Thank you!

Oct 21,2024I attended the Full Moon Breathworks and Sauna in Saturday evening, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The sauna pods are set in the perfect location facing the bay. I walked from my car towards the glow of the bonfires, had the warmest welcome, and was handed a streaming cup of tea to enjoy while watching the flames. Chris Davies expertly guided us through his Breathwork session on the edge of the dunes, with the sound of the waves crashing down just metres away, and the full moon rising above us. It was a chance to really feel the intensity of the elements around. The sauna pods are prefectly equipped, with the most wonderful aromatics, invigorating salt scrubs, and provide an impressive view. It was an exhilarating experience going from the sauna and then down to the sea to cool off under the moon at night, and repeat the process. I feel I may become addicted! Thank you for such a special evening.

Oct 20,2024Great family afternoon spent at Tysawna. Lovely sauna situated in the beautiful Oxwich bay. We booked the 8 seater private sauna and spent an enjoyable hour dipping in and out of the sea between sweltering in the sauna. Well organised, clean great fun and friendly staff. Finished off with a pint in the local hotel. Highly recommended.
