May 28,2024What a genius idea! The sauna on the beach is a sanctuary for the body, mind and soul. Ecological with minimal impact on the environment, wood fired. Spotlessly clean with nice aroma, amazing views and right by the sea to dip in. Such a shame we don’t live locally as we would be your regulars. Nice for the community to get together. Perhaps yoga classes on the beach with bucket showers for the future improvement. It was the highlight of our holiday. Thank you to the staff for looking after us so well and making it a truly unique experience. We will definitely be back!

May 27,2024The sauna was beautiful, right on the beach, with the most stunning views from the window of one of the most scenic beaches on the Gower. It was well kept, and we were cared for throughout our visit. The changing and storage area are a nice touch. We booked a private sauna, and can't wait to go back. I would absolutely recommend.

May 20,2024Absolutely beautiful. Stunning view of the sea from snide the sauna. Person runnning the sauna was absolutely lovely - answered all questions, was v accommodating and gave us a lovely scented salt scrub at the end. Couldn’t recommend more highly !

May 20,2024Such a lovely and unique experience with stunning views over Oxwich beach from the sauna itself. We booked a private sauna during high tide which I'd highly recommend. We will definitely be back again!

May 20,2024Lovely sauna, changing rooms and beautiful location. 1 hour is too short sadly, hour and a half would be much better. What made it worst was that the last 10minutes the sauna was cold because the fire was not kept well. Really lovely experience but a tad wishing it was more.

May 20,2024Such a treat by the sea! I booked for six of us all to come together, and we had a brilliant afternoon together. We had a lovely welcome, and I felt really well looked after. We were also lucky that it was high tide when we came, so there wasn't much of a walk either. We will come back again!

May 15,2024Lovely treat - we booked out the sauna for 4 of us and what a special experience it was. Next time I would think to look at the tide table as the sea was quite far away to go for a cold dip. But there was a bucket of cold water outside so there was an alternative closeby. All in all a great way to spend an hour!

May 12,2024We booked this for a birthday treat and it didn't dissapoint! The sauna has window view of the sea and is positioned right on the beach. We chose a session close to high tide so the sea was close enough for a dip to cool off

May 10,2024Amazing treat, so relaxing with sea view from the sauna. We booked the sauna to ourselves so it was a luxury to add water to the coals whenever we felt like and lie out on the benches. Lovely walks to the sea for a bracing dip! Very well run with friendly staff. Thank you😁

Apr 23,2024One of the best things I’ve ever done! Breathwork in the sand dunes at sunset followed by a full Moon sauna and sea dip! Nature on a plate! Definitely going back for another one!

Apr 23,2024Great sauna on a stunning beach with spectacular views. A breath workshop before the sauna was fabulous. The sauna is well run and clean with plenty of offers of tea, orange slices and salt scrub. The best sauna in the area.
