Oct 25,2018Avoid avoid avoid. I ordered a cpu from this outfit and the £219 I paid including £19.99 for expeditious delivery disappeared out of my account like a scalded cat. As for the goods - nothing seen, they don't answer the telephone and the goods should have been here within three days i.e yesterday. This company proves that if the UK is intent on relying on the internet for day to day shopping then that is a big mistake. There is nothing to beat going to a shop and paying the higher price and get the goods in your hand. Cheaper in the long run. I am going to Trading Standards about this shambolic organisation

Oct 09,2018Item was not delivered. It is frustrating to not be able to speak with an operator, there is only the option to leave voice messages despite calling within the requested operating hours. Voicemails, direct emails to Sales and use of the online templated contact form requesting a delivery status update have not been responded to.
