Nov 09,2018I bought a Euroschirm light trek about a year ++ ago, then a couple of weeks ago, the umbrella clasps or something holding the umbrella up broke. I then contacted Euroschirm for advise on spareparts so I can fix it myself. but then Euroschirm directed me back to Ultralight Outdoor Gear to speak about the issue. So I contacted Ultralight Outdoor Gear for help and they said if I send my umbrella back, they will send me a replacement. ( Hurrah for excellent customer service) So I sent my umbrella off, then when they got the umbrella, they refunded my postage. I was surprised. - I didn't expect that. but I do definitely recommend Ultralight Outdoor Gear for their excellent customer service. Thank you Danny, Bex, and Charlotte.

Nov 06,2018I like the webshop. It's easy to navigate and placing an order was simple. Free EU delivery was great and my package came in under a week to Finland. Will return as a customer and would recommend UOG to anyone looking for good and light backpacking/travel gear.

Oct 19,2018I ordered a Lightwave Sigma 10 tent, fast delivery to France. The tent is excellent, but after a few times pitching it, the rubber bands in the tentpoles were completely worn out. Ultralight Outdoor Gear sent me promptly new (and better) rubber bands. Service can't be better. Thanks a lot.

Website was thorough giving all pertinent information and it offered the best price I could find anywhere online for this garment in my size and in the colourway I wanted (Rab Xenon, Size XS, Navy). Was £20 cheaper than elsewhere and standard delivery was free (took about 48 hours to arrive excluding Sunday). Would certainly use this site again.
