My partner and I arranged to visit the showroom as we wanted to get advice and try out the backpacks, sleeping bags and tents for size. The team were amazing, with so much knowledge and impartial advice. Everything we purchased (and we bought a LOT) has proven to be exceptional quality. There were a couple of toggles missing from the tent we purchased. The Ultralight Outdoor Gear team replaced the parts without quibble and in no time at all. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone.

Excellent, no issues whatsoever. Ordered a brand new Thermarest sleeping mat. It arrived promptly and item was in perfect conditions. Would highly recommend.

Ahhh, good to have a nalgene again after a year of not having one. Well packaged and delivery time was okay but could of been quicker. I ruined my last nalgene by chucking lemon,ginger,and all kinds of stuff in there, which eventually degraded the inside. Only pure water in this new one. I got the woodsman colour one and its awesome. Missed the measurements down the side, as im anal about monitoring fluid intake. Well happy

Great selection of products, some of which are hard to source in the UK. Stock status clearly shown on site, customer service team very responsive to emails, order arrived when it was supposed to. No complaints!
