Oct 17,2017Todo rápido y sin ningún problema. El único incidente fue la tasa de cambio aplicada por Paypal en el cambio de libras £ a € totalmente abusiva incrementando el precio del producto un 5% aproximadamente. Es preferible pagar con tarjeta de crédito para no ser estafados por Paypal

Oct 17,2017We found the web site a bit confusing on sizing but was able to clarify by a quick telephone call. The delivery was excellent we got notification of when the delivery was coming and were able to delay by a day as we were not going to be available. The delivery slot on the day was given to the hour!. Unfortunately, despite the conversation on sizing the jacket we ordered was too small (but this could be because my daughter wanted to be able to use it wearing additional layers as well as for running). Disappointingly the cost of returns was not covered by Ultralight. Given the cost of the goods and general approach by others in the market, I was disappointed by this.

Oct 16,2017Bought Z Mats for hiking. Great for insulation and waterproof although padding is limited. However, latter is a trade off with weight/size as any thicker would make it difficult to make space. Very light. Excellent delivery.

Oct 15,2017Ultralight Outdoor Gear turned the order around very quickly and the items arrived speedily and well packaged. That said they had got the sizes wrong for two of the items which annoyingly, due to flying that day (am currently working in Malawi) I have not been able to return. I checked the invoice and it was a packing error. I would say they are good but do make sure you check your order on arrival!
