Oct 22,2017I have shopped at UOG for all my gear for the past 7 years, and have kitted out my entire family once of twice in that time. The current shipment arrived in Western Australia within 5 days. I can't get service that fast out of Sydney or Melbourne... I recommend UOG to everyone I know.

Great communication- always quick to respond with an answer to a query and they have the technical knowledge of their products to back it up. Would 100% recommend this company if you are serious about achieving an ultralight pack weight and highly technical gear.

I also appreciate that the product descriptions often include add-on mini-reviews by the shop's own experts. Furthermore, being Danish and living in Copenhagen, I appreciate the fact that the shipping costs do not "punish" me for not living in the UK.

A major plus is that THIS company provides it's own assessment of the items and provides ,very usefully, the weight of items - most rely entirely on buyer's reviews and many still use the entirely subjective term 'lightweight' without the detail.
