They e-mailed back right away for a picture. and then e-mailed again the next day and asked if I had pictures (they didn't have to do this - this was really nice - since I am very busy it was a great reminder to send the pictures). They are going to send me a replacement part - great customer service.

A Very Satisfied Buyer
Mar 11,2021I needed a new walker and have been looking for awhile and camp across Unique Medical Supply. I was looking for one that was similar to my old one, which has a seat and a basket out front which allows you to carry more things like more than one bottle of water. Plus our miniature Dachshund would ride in the basket so it has multiple uses. Well I found that Unique Medical had one and couldn't believe it got here in 2 days. I love my new walker and if I need anything else medical I will look at Unique Medical Supply first.
