Aug 17,2021I ordered this wheelchair based on their website details and pictures. I had a couple questions and ended up calling customer service twice. They were great! And the wheelchair arrived in timely manner exactly as described and pictured. We are thrilled with it. Great quality. Wonderful customer service. Would definitely choose this company again if the need arises.

Aug 17,2021Great Service! I ordered an item for a good price and got a fast delivery schedule report. Great! But, then, the delivery company lost the order. I called Unique Medical Supply and a customer service rep came online very quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and a few days later, my item arrived. I'll buy again from Unique Medical Supply.

Aug 14,2021Great customer service. It was nice to speak with a "live person" who could answer my questions, too. I bought a "basic" Medline brand wheelchair with a 16"x16" seat as I needed something to get through some narrower doors in my house. Unique Medical Supply's prices were very competitive, beating Amazon by a mile, and their delivery timeframe was weeks ahead of Amazon. I was pleased with the Medline wheelchair--it came almost fully assembled--all I had to do was to quickly attach the two leg supports. This product will help me remain mobile as my broken foot heals. Highly recommend.
