Apr 02,2021Received my rollator. Delivery was fast like next day fast. It was easy to assemble. Looks great and is sturdy. My only problem is I have to sit forward on it to walk it while sitting, it is just a little to tall from seat to floor. I am not sure you are supposed to walk it while sitting. Overall I am very satisfied and it will help me a lot.

Mar 27,2021Delivery was prompt. It is thoughtfully designed to enable back-sleepers like me to keep heels elevated, preventing (or addressing) heel pressure sores. The unit is clearly sturdy and readily cleaned, making it a good choice for a facility with multiple patients. The pillow is larger and more firm than I can use due to my unrelated leg and hip issues, but it is excellent for elevating our adult son's legs when they are swollen.

Mar 26,2021I recently ordered a 2 piece set and one part arrived quickly with no problems. The second item arrived after a week however I received an empty box. Customer service was great and directed me on how to resolve the issue. The company is sending a replacement however I’m having to wait several more weeks. It’s frustrating but not really the company’s fault the item was stolen in the first place. I would still order from them again.

Mar 16,2021It works out great but it’s a little too big please add sizes with waist measurements or pounds. I weight 320lbs and I got the XXL one I know the medium would be snug so I went up one size.
