May 03,2021This rollator is very maneuverable, nice looking and easily stored in the standing position. My only complaint is that the front wheel spins directionally much to easy interfering with controlability. I installed a modification on mine that creates light friction against the bearing that it spins on thus lessening the random spinning making it more controlable. I suggest the manufacturer do the same. I usually don't give out advice for free so it would be nice if the manufacturer rewarded me. Mike G.

Apr 29,2021My husband is no longer able to use the upstairs shower due to the stairs so we bought a Guardian Medine Bariatric Bath bench without a back to place in our clawfoot bath tub (old tub, not the newer types) in the downstairs bathroom. He is able to sit while using a hand held shower hose that is attached to the tub faucets. I was not sure if the bench would fit the tub but it does and because it can be raised or lowered, he was able to adjust the bench to a comfortable level for him. This is the first time we have purchased anything from Unique Medical Supply but we were pleased with the product, the ease of ordering, and how quickly it was delivered. Very satisfied!

I placed the order online on a Sunday - discovered it was going to the wrong address, called and left a message, sent an email, and finally got a person Monday morning at 8 am - business open. Product still went to the wrong address, then multiple phone calls to get it returned and new product sent to the correct address. Will not use this company again.

May 03,2021I reordered this chair because I was so happy with the sturdiness of the last one I ordered about 5 years ago. When I set it up it doesn't sit completely flat so I thought when I used it it would fix itself but it hasn't. I have one leg so when I stand in the shower I have to push myself up with my hand on the seat and I heard a loud snap. Now the seat has protrusions where the bolts are underneath it. I have only had it 2 weeks and it just seams like inferior quality compared to my first one.
