Ordered pads from them, said 5-7 days and they were here the next day. Will be ordering all my other med supplies when needed from your company. Thank you for exceptional service and caring.

Jun 10,2021Item arrive badly damaged. No return shipping label enclosed. Very difficult to speak with a live person on the phone, electronic communication is their preference which is fine if you are computer savvy or even have a computer. I was asked to send a picture of the damaged item which I personally found difficult. I left 2 messages on customer service voice mail asking them to CALL me, again I received only texts. Finally I did speak with someone, mission accomplished and was told the request for a replacement was sent to Medline, as of today it has not arrived. I won't make this mistake again.
