Jun 21,2020When I placed my order for a manual lightweight wheelchair with removable arms and leg rest. I got confused when I picked the chair instead of the K-4- lightweight chair I was wanting I somehow ended up with the K-1- Basic Extra Wide wheelchair. Then when I contacted your customer service department Christine didn't explain why I'm being charged a 25% fee when the chair still has the wrapping on it and I put it back into the box right away, so it hasn't been used at all? So now once I get the refund less the 25% fee returned to my credit card I'm not going to be able to order the chair I thought I'd been ordering in the first place, which means your company has just lost a customer that could have become a long time shopper with you. I'm very unsatisfied with your entire customer service and I will NOT TELL THE OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW THAT A WHEELCHAIR BOUND TO USE YOUR COMPANY...... I won't expect to receive any reply from Unique Medical Supply.
