Jun 06,2020I ordered a transfer chair for my husband from Unique Medical. It arrived just as they said it would (very quickly) but I had not gotten the correct width of the seat. My husband could not fit in it. I talked to Ms. Livingston at Unique who was so helpful in solving my issue. I live in OKC very close to Medline who was the supplier of the chair. Ms. Livingston was able to send me a return goods receipt and I was able to actually deliver it to Medline instead of shipping it back to them. I am completely satisfied with Unique and any other articles I need for my husband will be purchased from them.
