Feb 26,2025After many calls from company, i was able to answer and spoke to MacKenvie. She was so personable, attentive and actually cared. I was lost and wasn't sure what to do. My company had a reduction in force on 2/21 and my insurance ended 2/28 after being with company for 7 years and with taking Chemo every 3 weeks. Nice. MacKenvie was wonderful

Feb 26,2025Well I tried to block you numerous times. Thankfully I was not successful! I was just about to give up. Then one of your messages came up and I warily decided to answer. Wow, am I happy I did! Madline was so positive about what she could help me with. I was shocked and a bit stunned that she had me listening so quickly. As the folks that I had been dealing with usually had me bored and confused pretty fast! I had been until retirement a Construction Manager with a very low tolerance for BS. I must say the 4 or 5 providers that I had been dealing with had worn me down with their very confusing BS. I knew immediatly that Madline knew what she was doing and so positive that I was a happy camper for the first time in weeks. Thats how long I've been dealing with idiots that as soon as they realized I was wanting a cheaper plan the went into their delay mode. Madiline told me exactly what was going before I even explained anything. So I titled this review " Finally Sunshine" and that was exactly what it is. I have to thank you folks for sending her to me. Feb 26,2025Great Experience! I'm a very thorough and detailed person that had done a great deal of research, and thought i understood everything about my Medicare choices. I almost pulled the trigger based on my own research, that turned out to not be the best solutions for what I needed. Michael Cozzo thoroughly explained and made me aware of several items I had overlooked or mis-interpreted in my research. I feel I ended up making the best decision with my plan choices, working with Michael!
