Feb 27,2025Marvin was EXCELLENT!!! COURTESY WAS PHENOMENAL!!!! He was very patient and understanding of all my family problems. When I asked him to call back at a later date, HE DID!!! And at each call I updated him on my family emergencies, and he was very understanding and caring and he still called back as I requested. This man deserves every reward you can offer him. He was very informational and explained everything in detail to where I could understand it. If I got confused again, he would take the time to change tactics to where I understood. He is also going to be helping my husband in the future. Don't lose him!!!

I did NOT encounter the terrible experience that I envisioned. Raegan M. was immensely helpful from the very moment she picked up the phone. She explained things in detail and answered my questions (some silly) quickly and with so much knowledge. She was extremely professional and pleasant and knew the answers almost before I asked the questions. I managed to get insurance for much less than I imagined.
