May 17,2022I had several questions and Zoe R. was great in responding. I signed up. Very competitive pricing compared to the huge markups at the retailers where this is a huge profit center for them. Maybe they will go into the car warranty business too.

May 17,2022You don't usually have contact with your protection plan company, and it's either to pay your bill, or to use your plan. I must say I was surprised to find an email in my box explaining I had been overcharged regarding my plan. A pleasant surprise additional savings on an already incredible rate. Best company out there by far.

May 16,2022I filled a claim and was given all pertinent info to get my phone's screen repaired quickly. I had to pay for the repair up front but was reimbursed about 2 weeks after sending a picture of my receipt. The process was very smooth and I'm glad I chose Upsie.

May 09,2022Customer service reps were as nice and courteous as I've ever encountered. I also enjoyed the fact they spoke English that I could understand. I was a bit confused after I submitted a claim because UPSIE was no longer mentioned. It was emails and correspondence from "The Centricity Customer Care Team" and "Bankerswarrantygroup". Their payment was swift and I like them enough to use them again to insure my new Iphone 13.

May 18,2022It is not easy to answer a simple question on the Upsie website. Does Upsie or do you not have a warranty coverage plan for all home appliances? If I click on ALL HOME APPLIANCES it only separates them out individually. The company did eventually respond and clearly stated they do NOT offer whole home warranties at all.
