Apr 17,2022I love Upsie and have a handful of warranties with them, but was a bit disappointed when they canceled a plan for an item I purchased on Mercari. I was told they don't offer protection for items purchased from their site. I can understand this for items that have been used, but not for items that are brand new and still sealed in the package.

Apr 12,2022Initially difficult to communicate due to inability to upload warranty info. Finally reached agent Rosie and activated one of two warranties. Sent in info for secon three times and response was for me to upload info. Sent info again to Rosie and waiting to hear if info received.
