Didn’t get my label to send my watch back or a call
Initially I had a question, which was answered by the next day via email. The answer was what I needed to make the purchase. Hopefully never need to use the warranty but it’s good to know it’s there. The actual purchase process was fast and easy to complete. Overall a good experience.

Upsie advertises 2-Year smart phone warranty. Common sense tells us that the coverage is for 2 years starting on the day we pay. NO! Only after you pay, you learn that the coverage starts on the day you bought the phone! I paid today, and to my disbelief I discovered that I am paying for 2 years, but getting coverage only for 1 year, because I bought my phone a year ago! This is a case of malicious misleading customer by UPSIE.COM. I prefer to have no coverage than to pay to liars. Let us refuse paying for a lie! Will probably sign up with the old Square Trade where you get what you pay for.
Very easy to do, but you need to do it as soon as possible so you can have all of the receipt, etc. handy.
