Jan 28,2020I was sceptical at first. But gradually my points built up and I was able to get gift cards which allowed me to pay for my kid's school uniforms, shoes and bags this year. Takes nothing but a few minutes of my time every day or every week. Whenever suits me!

Jan 27,2020Userneeds is a great way to fill spare time, and earn rewards at the same time. The surveys are very interesting, not to long, and unlike some other survey sites, if you can't do the survey straight away, when you go to do it later, it's almost always still open. And the more points you accrue, the better the reward proportionally you receive. Ex. 8000 points is the equivalent of €10, whereas 18000 is the equivalent of €25. You can also use you points to enter draws for great prizes. Excellent online survey site.

Jan 23,2020Most of the time I enjoy doing the surveys but can be annoying when you start and you are told that you are not suitable. Other than that they are ok and don't take up much of my time!

Jan 22,2020Mostly good but sometimes it takes a while to discover that you don't fit the criteria for the survey! Occasionally there are questions where you answer that you don't know or don't use something but you continue to receive the questions and can't dismiss them and move on. Otherwise I enjoy the surveys. By the way - this review request is in Danish and I don't speak the language!!

The unbiased, honest completion of these surveys means that you can trust the reviews that Trustpilot generates. In an era of fake news, Trustpilot can be trusted! I have been offered a gift to complete this review but this hasn't influenced my review!

Jan 21,2020Surveys are decent. Points value is ok. But recently the reward has not been good. Bad points to time value for what you get. And now they've taken away the 30 points for surveys that you aren't eligible for. And saying 800 points for a 20 minute survey that takes 40 minutes. It's gone downhill, which is a constant occurrence now. Most surveys take longer than they say. And if you are offered extra points they won't appear. I've mailed so many times about issues I've had I just gave up.

May 14,2020Er generelt tilfreds med Userneeds. Synes belønningerne er okay for den tid det tager at besvare spørgeskemaerne -- også selvom det de fleste gange tager noget længere tid at besvare undersøgelserne end det er angivet. Ved godt at det er ca. minutter, men ind imellem er det 10 minutter ekstra end angivet hvilket jeg måske ikke synes er helt i orden..... Men så forventer jeg også at jeg rent faktisk får det antal point der er angivet. Forleden fik jeg ingenting for en undersøgelse selvom jeg besvarede den fra start til slut. Skrev til kundeservice for over en uge siden men har ikke hørt fra dem, til trods for at de mere eller mindre sender mig nye undersøgelser dagligt. Dem har jeg så ikke interesse i at lave FØR jeg har hørt fra kundeservice. Synes det er mega øv.
