May 02,2018I have used this company to produce company flyers, they were printed quickly and dispatched without any problems. They even helped me by resizing the flyer as we had our dimensions wrong. I would highly recommend this company to everyone, especially if you need a little extra help. They do go the extra mile!

Apr 30,2018I am dealing with Rebecca Smith at the company. I have booked a a print run of 1,000 personlised printed letters. Before I sent the data for the personalisation, I received the letters back: Here is my conversation: Me: I’ve just received the letter printed in the post – “unpersonalised” with just the “mail merge” fields printed out. This is an error om your companies side.I intend to send you the data through later today. Could you let me know when the Personalised Letter will then be ready and sent to me if you have the data by 5pm tonight? Utharaprint: "Thank you for your email. We had printed the same design what you had approved. Do you want to Re-Print Price will be same. Delivery will be 5 working days since artwork and payment confirms." I replied: "No. I approved the mock up of the letter. I didn’t intend to approve all 1,000 personalised letter individually. See below I described the letter as a “Personalised letter” I referred below to “Attached is what the front side of the personalised letter will look like. The reverse will be non-personalised with additional information.” – what do you think this meant? I said: “Are you clear that I need a personalised A4 letter and postcards?” You replied: “Can you please send me the design or Example of personalised A4, so that I can have a look and make sure the quote I have sent is ok or not.” Please do not mess me about - I intend to send you the data through later today. Could you let me know when the Personalised Letter will then be ready and sent to me if you have the data by 5pm tonight? ____________ Reply to Uthara's response. Thanks for replying publicly and I hope we can sort it out. Rebecca or any of your colleagues have not been in touch with my privately to sort this out yet. Looking forward to hearing from your directly too. _____________________ Now had and email from Nazrin Khan "I apologies for inconvenience caused its totally misunderstanding from both side. .....! will give you revised quote" I have replied: "I don’t need a revised quote. I’ve already paid for it. See invoice attached which includes “Personalised letter”. There has been no misunderstanding on my side. I would like the 1,000 personalised letters, by midday on Thursday (65 hours time) please. No more delays please." ________________________ After 2 weeks of the order, even though I have called the order "Personalised letter" all the way through and also sent through a letter as artwork with mailmerge fields within it, they are saying they didn't quote for this and now have asked me to pay 250% of the fee that I have already paid. They have my money - I have asked for it back. Let's see.

Apr 24,2018Utterly ridiculous company. Getting numerous emails a week from different named employees, and have requested unsubscribe each time but to no avail. I rang to speak to someone and request the same and the response started with a frustrated "My God!".

Mar 22,2018Our last order was delivered late and on wrong paper, and with darker colours then our design. We complained to the company; we were offered 5% discount on our next order. However, we couldn't distribute leaflets with wrong colours on, so we asked Utharaprint to deliver the order on the adequate paper and with appropriate colour, or to refund. Our complaint was rejected and never offered satisfying solution. No refund, no leaflets. Poor customer service and disappointing print service, and once they get your details they will bombard you with emails and you can't unsubscribe. Waste of time and money.
