So far so good! Preowned Dell 620 with windows 10. Bargain. Ideal for my needs. Battery good. Works fine and looks brand new. Cost less than £150 worth much more.

After checking around, decided to chose laptop from Val-U-Computers for my brother. I rang the company several times with questions, and spoke with Vic and Kurtis, who were both very professional and helpful. They made sure to process my order for next day delivery as requested. Kurtis provided me with support on the phone when we had problems connecting laptop to internet. Customer service great. Would shop with them again. Highly recommended.

Very quick delivery, good packaging. Few marks on the top but apart from that really good condition. Started up really quick, battery lasts for about an hour when fully charged. The only issue I have is that the Ethernet connection is not working properly so I have to troubleshoot it and then it repairs the connection and the internet is then connected, and this has to be done every time you turn the laptop on.

This the third time I've used Val-U-Computers and have always found them easy to deal with. When I've experienced any glitches with a computer, they've always been quick to respond with help and guidance. You get exactly what it says on the tin, they're not selling perfection, but all the computers I've purchased have been good value for money.

The laptop I purchased works absolutely fine and the price of just over £100 fitted my budget for what I needed. The laptop was delivered to my home on the day promised with excellent packaging. The only down side to my experience was the time it took to despatch my item, from ordering to the laptop arriving was over a week, and that's the only reason I didn't rate them a 5.

Would recommend I wanted an 8 gig laptop, but I was on a low budget. I was able to get one for £190 including delivery, and its in good condition (albeit having to settle for a smaller screen) . It arrived via courier 3 days after ordering it, and its running smoothly. I am very satisfied and would have no problem recommending this company or using them again for my next laptop
