May 16,2019I was recommended to use value tyres as opposed to my usual online tyre vendor black circles.com. First mistake, I placed the order, set the fitting date and then: 1. First call to say the tyres could not be fitted on that date. 2. Second call their would be a delay in receiving the tyres. 3. Third call the tyres were coming from two different companies. 4. Fourth call one tyre has arrived at the garage four days later than date given. 5. Fifth call the other tyre will no arrive until the end of this week. A complete shambles (I did get an apology) but that is far from satisfactory.

May 16,2019Excellent website. Found the tyres I wanted at the best price with a local fitter. 48 hrs after ordering they were fitted and I was on my way. Can recommend highly.

May 12,2019This is a great service I had my reservations about purchasing my tyres this way but I put my order in and received a great price then a phone call to give me a time to have my tyres fitted. This Company's fitting agents (Formula One Auto-centre of Bedford) were also excellent this was my first time purchasing my tyres this way but it will not be my last.

I HAD been worried that I might have to pay the fitting garage as well as Value Tyres, but my fears were unfounded. it was also really easy to speak to a real human (and a very nice one too) in customer services. So to summarize, I got the tyres of MY choice, rather than what the high street retailers happen to have in stock, at a good price, with great customer service. What's not to like? :-)
