Jul 08,2023I've been ordering from VapesDirect since last year. It's convenient knowing they'll always have your favourite flavour in stock (in my experience anyway). While it's cheaper to buy from the local store because there's no postage, and their rewards system is actually beneficial to your wallet, they very rarely have what I'm after on hand, so it's generally a wasted trip. Now let's talk about the "rewards". There are low point rewards, but they are just for strange flavours that I can't imagine anyone buys and is probably filling their warehouse. What you really want is the £5 off for 500 points. I've spent just over £200 with VapesDirect and accumulated 165.5 points. Yeah, I'm not even close to half way to getting £5 off my next order. This makes the rewards system essentially useless, because you don't feel rewarded for being a loyal customer at all. I don't think it would hurt to add a low point reward for free postage, or something like that. If I was on a budget, I wouldn't be able to shop at VapesDirect, because the rewards are better elsewhere. Having said that, they've been solid for me, and the process from start to delivery is very simple. With the reward system more balanced, I'd be happy to give them 5 stars. Update 20/07/2023: Clearly this business takes customer feedback to heart and I noticed free postage is available as a reward (and works great). 5 stars from me. Thank you!
