In light of the recent nonsense going around with the vaping industry. I found comfort in ordering a bunch of items from VaporDNA’s website. They came through in the clutch moments with great discounts and fast shipping I’m a resident in NY and as many of the vaping community know we got hit hard with this flavor ban issues and highly disappointing. I’ll be honest Vaping saved my life for real. I thought I would never quit smoking cigarettes and I did and for them to take away something I enjoy and has even become a hobby for me is super frustrating. Anyway I sincerely thank you for your quality website service and products along with discounts. It makes me happy knowing at least we are trying to fight the good fight !!

I can’t give a one star, because i have ordered stuff from them and had no issues in the past, but recently ordered a pack of coils for my smok nord. these were obviously fake as one of them had a different connection pin than the others and 2 of them flat out didnt work. I contacted them and after a week or so fo sending emails back and forth they end up giving me store credit, but it doesnt even cover the pack of coils letalone shipping. I get why they wouldnt give me money for the shipping, but why should i have to pay for it when i ordered a pack of coils i thought were real and end up recieving fakes? just beware also their customer support isnt the best (or at least the guy i got) was very frustrating and didnt want to listen and kept saying his own thing

Last 3 orders they've sent the wrong items and are only willing to provide a free return slip and reorder. Problem is you reorder and they still send the wrong item. No offer for a discount or simply sending the correct item.
