Post office did not deliver product, rescheduled delivery had to take a day off work for rescheduled delivery. Never came, so what is exactly free about this service??? Lost a day of pay, still no product delivered. I'm done with this company, no options for shipping, other than free... get what you pay for

On 18-10-2023 I tried two different times to purchase e-liquid from vapordna. It said each time that my address couldn't be validated. After the 2nd attempt without success I gave up. Shortly afterwards I checked my bank account and $266.32 was taken out of my account two different times. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by email. No phone was listed on their site. I looked up and found three different numbers but still had no success. I really just want my money back.

I had given them 5 stars, but I went to reorder again and now I get a message they don't ship to Tennesee. They lost my business and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Uses USPS for delivery and tries to deliver during morning while working and went to post office to pick up and close at 3pm so went back next day and they said they had no package

I really like your products. My last order got messed up. I specifically ordered "gummy bear" and got "frozen banana" instead. I'd like to return these for the right ones but I have no way of contacting you thru your website. Hopefully you'll respond.

Ordered new wraps for my batteries. They sent me the wrong size and now I have 4 skinned/useless batteries. They won't respond to their customer service email, the customer service phone numbers I've found are disconnected, basically non-existant customer service. Edit: on 28 April I was finally reached out to and the issue was resolved.

Not impressed with the level of service from this company. Attempted to place an order last week with the site stating my address doesn't match my credit card. To me that makes no sense cause I k ow what my address is and I know, even after checking to make sure it's correct, didn't go through a second time. Messaged support, they told me to try a different card. So I did and GOT THE SAME MESSAGE. Messaged support again. They told me this time to change my postal code to a zip code by using the 3 numbers from my postal code and add 2 zeros as the end. The site wouldn't accept it as the site is expecting a Canadian postal code which is made of LETTERS and numbers. So I switched it back to my real postal code and tried one last time. Of course got the same error message. So 4 attempts, no success. What appalling is how dismissive customer support actually is. Instead of trying to fix the problem cause the problem is on their end and not mine, they actually tell me I'm out of luck. What a shame!

I'm very impressed with VaporDNA! I was hesitant to order my vape juice and supplies online because in the past, the shipping time has been ridiculously long with other companies. Not the case with VaporDNA! I received my order in just under a week & I'm all the way across the country. The prices were very competitive with other online stores and much less than local vape shops. The selection was impressive. They carry anything needed for vaping. I purchased several bottles of e-juice, 2 boxes of coils and I ordered an extra tank just in case mine breaks since the price was unbeatable. From now on, I'll be buying all my vaping supplies from VaporDNA!

If I could give negative 0 Stars I would. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this from VaporDNA but it’s the first time I’m angry enough to complain about it. I foolishly ordered anther mod from them and it seems they have NOT corrected the Covid-19 employee’s not there, backorders from orders not getting fulfilled, holidays backlogs and or any other excuse for delays. The holiday is next week, Easter Sunday, which should not be a problem because they don’t work weekends but somehow it will be the reason why orders won’t be fulfilled. VaporDNA should make the business decision to just close the e-commerce business. They won’t because $5.3m is what they bring in. We as the paying customers must stop being simps and keep falling for using them for our vaping business. Maybe VaporDNA can use the $5m to hire more people, refine e-commerce and appreciate out of state or out of country customers.

I placed my order on the 27th, and it has been significantly longer than the maximum processing time. Based on the review history this is a relatively recent issue, that they are blaming on “new regulations” and “backorders.” If that is the case, why would you willingly accept payment, and new orders without notifying people that it will more than likely take longer than expected. On top of them taking your money and failing to deliver, their phone is disconnected, and they don’t respond to e-mails. I would be surprised if I received my order in the next week. Very clumsy operation they have going on.

It took 5 days for VaporDNA to ship my order, and another 4 days for it to be delivered. I contacted customer service to cancel my order due to the shipping delays and received no response. Avoid this company.

ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FROM THE BROKEN ECIG YOU SOLD ME!!!!! I absolutely hate the people that work at the Torrance store and I will never go back!! They sold me a disposable vape which continued to fire after I would stop hitting it. I had the same problem with this brand months ago before the ban when they still sold devices in the shop, and they exchanged the device for another device. I picked up my order and tried it out in the car, & when I had this device malfunctione on me i immediately went back inside & explained that to them and the incompetent guy behind the counter said we don’t sell anything here, and then he just sat there repeating himself NOT listening to a word I was saying. I KNOW THAT I EXPLAINED I HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM MONTHS BEOFRE WHEN I BOUGHT THE DEVICE WHEN YOU STILL SOLD DEVICES IN STORE!!! He refused to listen to what I was saying and repeated himself saying nothing is sold in store. That is when I said I just want my money back then. That’s when they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it that’s when I got frustrated and said that I do not want to buy a product which is faulty, they told me I can leave and then they threaten to call the cops!! I BUY A BAD PRODUCT AND PICK IT UP AT YOUR SHOP, AND BECAUSE I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCT YOUR GONNA CALL THR COPS!!! because I said I’m not leaving after buying a product from them that’s not working until I get my money back. That’s when they ignorantly said they don’t sell anything here, yet again!!! I do not think that I have ever had this bad of an experience from a representative with the company ever before this. I will never ever shop here and I don’t suggest anybody shopping here. These people are blatantly rude they’re ignorant, and they’re disrespectful, they don’t listen to what you are saying and they are all around horrible and uneducated people.

Used Vape DNA for years. Never on any order a single issue! Always great service and shipping. BUT and a big BUT. THINGS CHANGE AND TO ME OBVIOUSLY VAPE DNA HAS! I paid for an order nearly 7 days ago. and as of this minute not even full filled. If i didnt need the order asap. I wouldn't have made it. With that said, I have been unable to get a response from them. and negative stars are more satisfactory. because what good is even one star for when you cant get em to fill the order, print a shipping label or anything! NEEDLESS to say I do not recommend. and will just say buyer beware!

Hello, I used to really enjoy using VaporDNA, but lately the service has gone bad. On Friday, March 3, I received my order, but the color was mixed up, I immediately sent an email with a picture of the invoice, packaging where the color and the device itself are indicated, on Monday by lunchtime, I received an email from a customer service employee with a request send an email with a picture, I wrote that I sent it on Friday, but just in case I sent it again, and in response, silence !! I want to use the device for which I paid, and not correspond with one letter for two weeks to get my device!!! And why should I first send you a device that you sent me by mistake and only when it arrives, your company will send mine?! That's ridiculous!!! Why is it impossible, like in Amazon, they made a mistake - first they sent me the correct order and I use it, and then I send the wrong order ?! And the most important thing is that this is not the first time they send me not what I ordered, although then VaporDNA customer service quickly resolved this issue, because they immediately answered the email, now the correspondence with the customer service is like pigeon mail !! It seems to me that in the 21st century, any respectable company should have an online chat with a customer service employee. I really regret my purchase from this company.

I was hoping to find a place that I could order from all the time instead of trying to find a different place every time I placed my order on the 28th they said it would be up to 72 hour last time I checked my tracking it said order on fulfilled they had no problem taking my money as fast as fast can me but they have yet to fill my order I should have known better I'm afraid I just got ripped off

Products are finally shipped, after I reached out in email. Here is the problem with this clown shop, they literally took an order, took payment, then sat on the order for a full 7 days before shipping it out. How does that happen? If that’s normal operating procedure then I suggest selling the shop and finding something less customer focused.
