I believe most company’s are doing what they do because they have a connection and profit . So, it should be understood that business wants to my customer happy ! It’s when something goes wrong or unexpected that is the mark of a well run company . I order half dozen times and I’ve always be more than happy , order is on-time ... even prompt! And always , always the right ideas and pack first class... now, I did have a problem on 1 order! It’s just that Vape DNA handle my issues with more than customer service but, going out of the way to get it right and quickly !!!! Great stuff , nice to work with , and there for you! Sep 17,2019I intentionally bought over the $59 limit for 2 day shipping and it still took 5 days to receive product. Customer service is horrible and when i informed them that I wanted to return my order because I had already purchased AND received from another source, actual 2 day shipping, VaporDNA said I would have to pay for return shipping. What a joke!

Sep 16,2019VaporDNA is great. Their items are reasonably priced and they have a vast variety of everything that has to do with vape. The best thing in my opinion though is the rewards program. The last order I placed was paid with a $100 gift card I received from VaporDNA because of the points I earned, and it didn't long to earn that many points. I'm always getting discounts or free stuff because of their rewards program. Love it!
