Jul 18,2024All staff I met were extremely friendly and helpful. My doctor was very thorough in his examination and with his explanation regarding best treatment for me. I was told what to expect during and after treatment along with risks after treatment. I would recommend this service.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and even though I was very worried about my legs, they made me feel at ease with their detailed and complete explanations. In addition to their diagnosis and treatment, they were very personable.

Jul 13,2024I have recently completed my treatment of EVLA and foam sclerotherapy to both my legs at the Newcastle centre. Although early days I can see the end result is going to be amazing. From the initial consultation to the follow up appointment and then a further review the treatment I have received has been outstanding. Everything has been explained thoroughly along the way either face to face, via email or in booklet form and any queries I’ve had, have be answered promptly within 24 hrs. Dr Mark Regi, Hazel and Trish are a fantastic team and treat you as an individual with the upmost respect, care and compassion. Their expertise is second to none and they are a credit to the centre. If you are thinking about having any treatment done here don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

Jul 12,2024I completed my treatment at Vein Centre Edgbaston this week. I am so delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Centre. Dr James Harding was professional, courteous and understood the outcome I wanted to achieve. Both of the nurse assistants I met, were kind and professional. Debbi, administrator and receptionist, was a delight-friendly and reassuring and as first point of contact at the Centre, just great! My grateful thanks to you all!

Jul 12,2024Sadly my experience wasn’t altogether successful. I still have the same symptoms that I was suffering from prior to my treatment. However I can’t fault the aftercare I was invited back for an additional scan, it was found the treatment had been successful even though unfortunately I was still experiencing a burning sensation. More than anything it was good to have the opportunity to discuss my situation and for a letter updating my GP of the outcome. Since my first visit the vein clinic has moved to lovely new premises , with much easier access and good parking just outside the door. I would definitely recommend the vein clinic in spite of it not being totally successful for me.

Jul 10,2024I’ve had the most brilliant experience at the vein centre in Bristol. I have attended previous appointments a few years ago and the treatment I received was excellent! It was then & it is the same this time around.. Dr Robert Colliver & team were great. Put me at ease and the treatment I received was pretty pain-free. I will definitely go back for further treatment if required.

Jul 09,2024I contacted Veincentre as I was suffering with varicose veins, both visually and symptomatically. My treatment took place at the Shrewsbury clinic. I had my initial consultation at the beginning of March, and had my treatment (Foam Sclerotherapy and ELA) by the end of that month. My follow up was at the start of June, where I had top-up foam injections. I have to say, nurse Eryl and Dr Srirum, along with receptionist Laura, were probably the most welcoming and friendly medical professionals I have come into contact with. I was a little nervous, but they took time to listen to my concerns and reassured me about what to expect from the treatment and healing process. In fact, the communication throughout from the Shrewsbury clinic and the main call centre was excellent. Although I did encounter some complications with painful phlebitis, I would say, now things are starting to heal and fade, that it’s starting to feel it’s all been worth it. I’m looking forward to getting my legs out more in the future! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there in the future if needed.

Jul 09,2024In Bristol we don't have so much choice so we have to deal with companies we have )). I started getting info from this place about vein scanning more than a week ago. After my request about the scanning appointment via their website (or by email - I don't remember), they tried to call me, but I couldn't answer at work and at home I sent them an email, pointing that I prefer to get info online. Ok then, they sent me available dates and pointed that I must pay deposit by the phone call. I chose the date and I said, "I prefer to pay by PayPal or internet bank" (I have no idea what is the point to ask people paying on the phone even though they say it's completely safe). I sent this answer on Saturday at 1:12pm. The chosen appointment day was Monday, so I thought they will answer very quickly. But they answered at 3:40pm Saturday, saying there "I can confirm we have provisionally booked you a consultation appointment with us. This appointment will be held for you until 4:00pm today... Once the bank transfer has been made, please let us know so we can confirm receipt and ensure the payment is added to your patient record…As this appointment is for Monday, if you are able to complete this before the end of day today at 4pm. I can then confirm this appointment for you." lol So, as I opened the email 10 minutes to 4pm I even didn't try to pay, because I don't like to rush myself and I don't think it's normal to rush client like that. I thought I lost this appointment, and I didn't care already, because I was tired of this process. But next day I received reminder from them (I suppose automatic although I didn't pay) about my appointment and today a voicemail as well but I checked it in the evening when was too late of course lol. I don't know, it's just frustrating and I just hate all these complications in very simple things like booking appointment lol. But I am sure other people will be luckier.

I've suffered with varicose veins since I was 17 and have had numerous slightly bodged procedures on the NHS, and going to the Veincentre in Leeds was just a million miles away from that. The entire team were so friendly, welcoming, helpful, kind and supportive with me, especially as I had a lot of anxiety from previous procedures, and helped me through the whole thing from start to finish. I wasn't expecting such radical results, but it's like the veins were never there. I feel like I have new legs, and it's given me such a big boost of confidence. Thank you so much!!

Jul 07,2024I was treated at Veincentre in Stoke by Dr Ananth Krishnan and received excellent care. All my appointments were thorough and the treatment options were explained very clearly, with very helpful written information provided too. The treatment (endovenous laser ablation and foam sclerotherapy) wasn’t too uncomfortable to undergo and gave a good result for relieving the aching pains that I had been experiencing in my leg whenever I stood up for more than a few minutes. I was really impressed with the whole set-up at Veincentre Stoke, which included telephone and email follow-up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is suffering with uncomfortable varicose veins.

Jul 06,2024Treatment for veins that were in a very poor condition was excellent, the follow up appointment was too. Great consultant and nurses who create a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The treatment is by nature uncomfortable, but following the advice provided minimises this and the results are impressive, many thanks for a positive experience.

Jul 19,2024I had my follow up treatment of more sclerotherapy foam injections today. My right leg is looking much better already and I am confident that the end result will be very good. Dr. Mark Regi and the nurse explained everything and were very professional. Jane the receptionist is a tonic setting a good positive atmosphere and the coffee is very good! If I ever needed the other leg treating I would certainly return here. Thank you so much.
