Jun 16,2024The treatment was extremely effective and almost pain free bar a few small scratches when the anaesthetic was administered. Both doctor and nurse were very caring and dare I say that we shared a few laughs during the treatment process! The clinic and associated hygiene processes were of the highest standard. I would recommend to anyone and wish I had gone several years ago!

Jun 15,2024Relaxed clean and smart environment Staff are friendly and put me at ease My first treatment for varicose veins removal was exactly as explained, and I was very happy with the results. My thread vein treatment is ongoing and more difficult to achieve the results I want. My Dr was very honest about the amount of treatment that I would need, I had my second for my thread veins today. The information booklet is very exact about treatment and recovery I would recommend the Vein Centre Chester to anyone requiring vein treatment

Jun 14,2024I would highly recommend this my leg was so sore wakening me up I couldn’t walk with the pain my leg was hurting so much and my veins were bulging and the NHS wouldn’t help so we went private and this clinic was the best my leg is so much better than it was no more pain and all the bulging has gone the doctors and staff are amazing they were so helpful and nice they even ring the following day I can’t recommend them enough great service all round

Jun 14,2024From initial enquiry to completion of my top up treatment everything was seamless, handled very professionally, all staff was so lovely and friendly and very welcoming. Lady of reception at Leicester was so lovely and made us fresh coffee and tea and very helpful. The surgeon and assisting nurse were equally friendly and helpful and both treatments went really well and I'm very happy with results. Have to wait 3 months now to see if I need any further treatment but so far so good. I already have more confidence in getting my legs out!

Jun 13,2024I cannot fault Dr Neil Prasad and the frendly team at the Vein Centre. My treatment was discussed and agreed upon and the results were what I had hoped for. The whole experience went smoothly; there was ample information, reminders and consultation. I am very happy with the entire experience.

Jun 11,2024I ve just had my follow up treatment at veincentre and I d like to thoroughly recommend everyone in the London branch. The friendly reception staff are very welcoming. Everyone helps to make you feel at ease, from start to finish. My consultant, Dr Leto Mailli is absolutely first class. She is extremely knowledgable, professional, and at the same time friendly, putting me completely at ease and explaining the whole procedure (laser treatment followed with sclerotherapy injections). On both occasions she was assisted with different nurses who could not have been more efficient, capable and friendly. Also, and most importantly, now the bruising has disappeared, I am absolutely thrilled with the look of my legs. Thank you so much.

Jun 10,2024Overall the service offered by all the staff and doctor were exceptional. I was made to feel at ease when undergoing my treatment due to the professional medical team. I’m a younger guy and would suggest getting treatment if your are suffering from vein issues or at least get a consultation. The results have been great and noticeable straight away.

For many years I have hidden my legs as was very self conscious on how they looked. I now cannot wait for those sunny days and to start wearing shorts again. Thank you so much.

Jun 07,2024The treatment is working very well. Have just had a follow up appointment 7 weeks after laser treatment and foam injections. Had a little more foam injected to complete treatment. Doctors, nurses and administration staff are very professional and friendly.

Highly professional , very attentive and my legs are looking great after the treatment I received. They make you feel right at home and relaxed. Couldn't recommend these guy's enough. Jun 07,2024Second visit for follow up treatment. The treatment procedure was clearly explained and the staff took an active interest in my welfare following the first treatment I had. During the treatment the nurse and consultant acted in a very professional manner whilst at the same time showing interest in me as an individual. The requirements following treatment were clearly explained. All staff that I met during my appointments at the Veincentre were courteous and friendly in their approach. I have now been discharged from the service and would thoroughly recommend the Veincentre to any others who need vein treatment.

May 31,2024My legs turned out better than I expected, all the bulging veins had disappeared and the spider veins had faded .I am looking forward to the stockings coming off , so I can see the final result. I'm going to treat myself to a pair of shorts!

Jun 19,2024Had my treatment at the Cardiff clinic and it was a wonderful experience. The receptionist was really friendly and made me feel relaxed and then Mr Nicholls and his staff were amazing and the treatment I had was first class and there was no pain other than a small scratch when anaesthetic was done. Symptoms I had before my treatment have all gone and I would recommend the clinic to anyone who needs their veins done.
