Dr. Navin and Anne were both incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The treatment itself was quick and relatively painless, and I've already seen a significant improvement in the appearance and comfort of my legs. Feb 14,2025Just had treatment with Helen Burndred at Manchester clinic and very impressed with the clear and concise information given. Treatment painless but becomes slightly irritating but not as bad as some other facial treatments I’ve had! Defo recommend.

The nurse was extremely kind, both putting me at ease during my treatment. Treatment was somewhat uncomfortable but manageable. Still wearing my stocking so unsure of results but the experience itself was superb. Thank you

Feb 12,2025I had varicose veins in one of my legs for years, it got so bad that i was struggling at work, driving long distances and playing golf. In a summer leg was swelling as well. Would like to thank Dr Neil Prasad and his team at Peterborough clinic for great work - it fells like i got a new leg! Fantastic service from start to finish, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for treatment. Thanks again guys and keep up the good work.

Feb 09,2025Hi all, I hope you are all ok. I booked in with the veincentre in December 2024 following my initial consultation with Dr Ananth Krsihnan & Liz Jellyman. The organisation with the centre was very professional & faultless. Ananth & Liz were very good in making me feel relaxed and comfortable with the procedures I received, all went very well and I felt that I was the most important patient they had ever seen. All my procedures went very well including my referral and my legs look & feel amazing to how they had been. Feb 04,2025I arrived early to my appointment, the receptionist was kind but all the time talking by phone, I had previously treated varicose veins in my country, this time I decided to visit a specialist here, the doctor attended to me even though it was not my appointment time, but the check-up was very fast, I paid £250 for just a few questions, he did the ultrasound which was like 15 minutes is too expensive for the check-up time, he handed me a card with the price of the treatment, I expected him to explain more about my problem and the treatment, I asked him about the costs and he told me to ask at reception, when I returned to reception the lady was always on the phone, she would answer me something and then make me wait while she made another call, I asked her about the prices and some form of payment in months since my treatment or rather most of the treatments are above £2500 plus £300 for follow-up, she could not answer me she told me to look it up on the website, on the website they mention treatments at different prices and at the end on the card that They give you all the prices for different types of varicose veins, they are above £2500, my problem is not that severe, but I still have to pay that price for a single session, and if you want to pay in installments they charge you an interest of above %16 depending on how many months, I didn't think that in this country health care was so expensive. I have decided to go to my country for the treatment where I will spend much less than half of what I do here.

Feb 04,2025Having inherited varicose veins from my dad (thanks dad), I had been upset at their appearance for years. I never stopped wearing shorts, but always felt that people were staring at my legs. They were pretty bad! But after two treatments, I’d say they are 80% improved, and I’m assured that they will get better still in the coming months. Huge thanks to the Veincentre Hull, for the treatment and excellent, friendly service!

Misleading advertising on website and pre-consultation: Not prepared to treat minor thread veins without a relatively major procedure to strip larger internal veins from groin to ankle first. Their comment was that they are a medical centre not a cosmetic centre. I haven't yet received the doctors report as promised, nor receipt for payments.

Feb 02,2025Extremely professional, yet friendly from beginning to end. My legs were a little sore for first hour or two after the treatment, but painkillers sorted it. No further painkillers required. Walking was no problem at all. Resumed normal walking the next day. Stockings very comfortable indeed. You forget you are wearing them. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat! Thank you so much Mr Dodd and his team.

Feb 01,2025I attended the Manchester clinic on 26/4/24 and paid £3350 for 'uncomplicated' bilateral EVLA and foam sclerotherapy in 2 veins. At the follow up I spoke to the doctor about the results (as no improvement cosmetically or symptom wise) and was reassured would improve over time and following treatment with foam sclerotherapy. I attended and paid for additional foam sclerotherapy on the 26/6/24. 6 months later I complained about the results as both legs were exactly the same (possibly worse as now also left with significant staining and numbness/pain in my thigh). When I expressed this concern to the aftercare team they made me an appointment to see the doctor. This appointment was cancelled at short notice by the doctor three times! This obviously led to significant inconvenience to myself/job. The aftercare team rang for the fourth time and again tried to cancel however I explained my case and they apologised and an appointment was made to see the Doctor on the 15/11/24. The doctor agreed my legs were not the desired result and said I was left with some residual varicose veins (in the 2 uncomplicated veins that had been treated). He advised that I would need to pay for additional foam sclerotherapy. I found this appalling, Veincentre quote to treat all varicose veins throughout their literature with EVLA and foam sclerotherapy. However I have paid over 3 thousand pounds for the treatment of two “uncomplicated” veins including additional cost for foam sclerotherapy!!!! Following this treatment the two varicose veins remain?! I complained again and said unhappy and unwilling to pay any more money to the clinic. I am genuinely unsure of what I have paid for as my legs are cosmetically looking worse than pre procedure and my thigh is still sensitive and numb. I am also experiencing aching sensation in both legs. Contacted by a manager on the 29/11/24 saying my case would be looked into and still nothing! I have now written a formal letter of complaint. In my case Veincentre have breached all of their values that are widely documented on the website - respect, value for money, efficiency and effectiveness.

Feb 22,2025Visited the Colchester office. Karen on reception was exceptional offering every comfort. The appointment was on time, thorough and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend a visit for any vein issues.
